because we got tired of being lied to.
Coworking shouldn't need a broker. Listings shouldn't need a leap of faith. We visit every space, take our own photographs, count the seats, and only list what we'd send a friend to. Operators pay our fee — you pay zero.
We started Offease after walking out of one too many misrepresented tours.
The pattern was always the same. A polished listing online — bright photographs, glowing amenities, a price quoted in confident bold type. You'd drive across the city, find a side door, take a lift that smelt of cardboard, and discover the cabin was three seats smaller than the photo suggested. The price had "a small condition". The 24/7 access wasn't. The broker would already be halfway into the conversation.
We thought there had to be a better way to do this. A marketplace where the listings were honest because someone had actually been there. Where the price you read was the price you paid. Where the business model didn't depend on extracting brokerage from people who were just trying to find a place to work.
So we built it. We started in Pune in 2026, walking every coworking floor in Koregaon Park, Baner, Viman Nagar, Kalyani Nagar, Hinjewadi and Kharadi. We took photographs. We sat in the meeting rooms. We argued with operators about whether the WiFi backup was real. We listed the ones that passed.
Mumbai is next. After that, wherever the demand pulls us. The rule stays the same: we don't list a space unless we've been there.

Every space, hand-checked
Before a listing goes live, someone from our team has walked the floor, sat in the meeting rooms, and counted the seats. We take our own photographs and write our own descriptions.
Zero brokerage, ever
Operators pay our listing fee. You — the renter — pay nothing. That structure only works if our listings are good enough that operators want in. So they have to be.
One inquiry covers it
Shortlist as many spaces as you like and send a single inquiry that goes to all of them. A human on our team follows up — no autoresponders, no ticket numbers.
Honest pricing on the page
What you see on the listing is what you'll be quoted on the tour. If a price changes between visit and contract, we want to know about it — and the operator hears from us.
